- Works with the plants to identify capital projects and identify service groups that will provide Study Managers.

- Periodically report on progress and budget adherence for engineering and Capital Projects to the Plants.
- Ensuring that the following services are delivered effectively to the plants and mines:
- Involving of hourly employees in projects Education: - The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Electrical (or equivalent) Engineering and be a Professional Engineer. Background: The perfect candidate will possess a min of five years of progressive background. Knowledge and Skills: - Continuous improvement training
- Will function as a Study Manager and/or as a representative of the Plant for a select group of projects.
- Completing and assisting with reliability studies
- Documenting "Tribal Knowledge"
- Providing technical assistance
- Computer proficiency with Ms office products
- Troubleshooting and issue solving technical problems with plant equipment
- Root cause analysis of failures
- Providing support to the Maintenance Department
