Serco DES Inc. provides Driver Examination Services through a contract by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO). Serco is responsible for the examination of all new drivers throughout Ontario, including vision tests, knowledge tests, and road tests for all classes of drivers licenses.Serco DES Inc. is currently seeking a professional and highly motivated individual in the part time position of a bi-lingual (French & English) Customer Service Agent at the Sudbury Drive Test Centre. This job mandates friendly, helpful people with superior written and spoken communication abilities.
